Q. When is Visage House open?
A. Opening Hours
Monday: 9.30am - 5.30pm
Tuesday: 9.30am - 5.30pm
Wednesday: 9.30am - 7.00pm
Thursday: 9.30am - 7.00pm
Friday: 9.30am - 5.30pm
Saturday: 9.30am - 5.30pm
Q. How do I get to Visage
House and where can I park?
A. Visage House is located in Magdalen Road, just five
minutes from the centre of Exeter. Short term parking
(30 minutes) is available opposite the Salon and adjoining
local shops, whilst longer term parking can be found two
minutes walk away in the Pay and Display car park adjacent
to the Inner Ring Road. Click

Q. Do I have to chat with
my massage therapist?
A. Only if you wish to. If you feel like chatting, go
ahead. If you don't, tell your therapist that you really
would hate to miss any part of the massage by engaging
in idle chatter, lie down and relax.
Q. Does any "reckless
abandoning" happen at Visage?
A. No. Your Beauty Therapist may leave your treatment
room for a few moments (once or twice during your treatment)
either to mix up a mask or to let you relax. If you get
claustrophobic or nervous when nobody's around, speak
up, so she can make the out-of-room mask mixing 'quick'.
Q. I forgot to book waxing.
Can I get it done during my facial?
A. You never know until you ask. Once you get into the
room with your Beauty Therapist, let her know your needs.
If she has time, she will absolutely accommodate you.
Q. What should I wear?
A. Obviously clothing depends on the treatment you are
having. Generally wearing loose, comfortable clothing
is best. Please wear open toed sandals for pedicures.

Cancellation Policy
A. Please give us as much notice as possible if you wish
to cancel your treatment as we are often fully booked
and we would like to pass on your appointment to someone
else. Unfortunately if you give us less that 24 hours
notice we will charge you the full cost of your treatment.
Q.
Appointment Times
A. It is important that we stick to a timetable for all
our bookings, so that each customer can enjoy the appointment
they have booked. If you are late, you will be charged
the full fee, but your treatment will only last for your
remaining appointment time.

Q. What are
the delivery charges?
A. Delivery costs £6.25 per order. If you are ordering items with a value over
£100, delivery is free.
Q. Do you deliver Internationally?
A. No, sorry, we only deliver within the UK.
Q. How long
does delivery take?
A. We ship orders straight away, and they will usually
arrive with you within 7 business days, but often a lot faster. If you need
a delivery by a certain date however, we recommend you contact us
beforehand.
Q. What is
your returns policy?
A. Items may be returned within 28 days, and you must
contact us first to obtain a reference number and return
address. Items must be in original packaging, undamaged
and unused. We cannot accept opened or used items back
- however used beauty products that have led to a rash
or skin irritation can be returned. Please contact us
if this occurs.
Q. What forms
of payment do you take?
A. We use Worldpay, a secure online payment system which allows you to use your
credit or debit card: Visa, Delta, Mastercard, Solo, Switch, etc.
