Mail Order
Products and gift certificates
can be ordered and paid
for with any major credit
card over the telephone
or online then delivered
to your door by post. Nothing
is too much trouble.
Express Visage
For busy mums and professional
ladies and if you are short
of time, book the sheer
luxury of two therapists
tending to your needs at
one time. For example, have
a manicure or pedicure at
the same time as enjoying
your CACI treatment or Face
treatment, or an eyelash
tint whilst having your
pedicure. The list is endless.
The cost exactly the same.
Early Booking
To ensure your favourite
time and therapist, bookings
can be made up to 6 months
in advance, as a lot of
our regular clients find
that this is the best way
to avoid disappointment.
Children
We adore children, but we
all need a little special
time away from them. For
their safety and to satisfy
our insurance cover, we
are unable to allow them
in our treatment rooms.
Noise and Smoking
in the Salon
As a courtesy to other clients
in the salon, and to enable
you to fully relax, we ask
that you switch your mobile
phone off. Visage is a smoke
free zone.
Client Care
When booking an appointment
please inform us if you
are pregnant, or have any
other condition that may
affect your treatment.
If you would like a particular
therapist please request
when booking your appointment.
Refreshments are available
and a light lunch is provided
for those clients on pamper
packages.
Consultations
Consultations are complimentary
and are available to determine
the best treatments for
your individual needs, helping
us to offer you the very
best service possible.
Cancellation policy
24 hours notice of any cancellation
of appointment is greatly
appreciated. We do reserve
the right to charge the
full treatment price for
late cancellations and no
shows.
Payment policy
All major credit cards are
accepted. Cheques only with
a valid guarantee card.
All courses to be paid in
full at time of booking.
Treatments for over 2 hours
require a 50% deposit.
